General Terms & Conditions Refund policy: Cancellation PRIOR to 14 days before start of camp session: Full refund less $100.00. Cancellation LESS than 14 days before start of camp session: No refund; however a 50% credit will be issued for camp tuition through 2009 by camper or member of his/her immediate family. Withdrawal or cancellation AFTER camper's scheduled start date, OR expulsion due to breach of camp rules, no refund or credit. Deposits & Payments: $250 per week/session deposit must accompany the registration form. Balance of the camp fee is due no later than June 1st. For bookings made after June 1st, the full fee is due upon registration. If full payment is not received when due, the enrollment may be cancelled. The camp reserves the right to accept or reject any reservation Refundable Fees: Resident campers (Junior and Adult): $50 for room key deposit, which will be returned upon departure when keys are returned to camp administrator. Miscellaneous Information: Directions, clothing list, etc., will be supplied along with confirmation of reservation. |
